Profill SKU Build

POD Customers will have products built within the Profill Product Management System. This system is managed and updated by the Hit eComm product data team

Follow these steps after logging into www.profillsolutions.com. 

1. 1. Select Management  >> TMG Products from the navigation bar
2. 2. Select Create Product
   1. Design - Product Title
   2. Client Product Number - This is the client SKU from Shopify
   3. Profill Product Number-
   4. POD Default Customer  (customer responsible for billing)
   5. Profill Prefix - This will be assigned at customer set up by Profill
   6. Check off POD box if this will be produced Print on Demand
   7. Add min and max wait times - use case example would be if the customer wanted to wait 24 hours to collect orders of the same logo type
      
      
3. Select POD Vendor Configuration
   
   1. Default Vendor will be Hit Promotional Products - 9150500
   2. Default Vendor Product Number - Blank vendor model number. ex 3001C = Bella Canvas Unisex Short Sleeved T-Shirt
   3. Decoration Location 1
      
      1. Location - Imprint Location (ex Full Front)
      2. Decoration Method - DTG, DTF Embroidery
      3. Logo Decoration - Art File Name for specific location
      4. Imprint Color "see artwork"
   4. Add any additional locations needed and follow the same steps
4. Select Import from Shopify Store
   
   1. Customer - If this is a Shopify Store ID will autofill when customer is selected
   2. Shopify Product ID - This comes from the shopify URL link
      
      1. Open a product page within Shopify There will be a product number at the end of the url address ex: teststore.myshopify.com/admin/products/6922853154913
      2. Import
